Privacy

The protection of your personal data is of particular concern to us. We therefore process your data exclusively on the basis of the statutory provisions. In this data protection information, we inform you about the most important aspects of data processing within the framework of our website.

Contact

If you contact us or fill out a form on the website, the data you provide will be stored by us for the purpose of processing the enquiry and in case of follow-up questions. We do not pass on this data without your consent.

Data storage

To process your enquiry, booking, order, activation, registration or other submission of a form on the website, as well as to store and retain your data, we use common cloud services and CRM systems. By means of these services and systems, your data is also processed and stored, at least in part, outside the EU or the EEA. The appropriate level of data protection results from an adequacy decision of the European Commission (“Privacy Shield”) or from the concluded order processing agreements with the respective companies.

The data you provide is necessary for the performance of the contract or for the implementation of pre-contractual measures. In particular, it is specified that the provision of certain data (such as first name and surname, address or registered office, tax or VAT number) upon conclusion of the contract is necessary for the fulfilment of our obligations under tax law and any other legal provisions. Without this data we cannot conclude the contract with you. The data provided by you will be kept in our CRM systems and databases until revoked.

For the purpose of debiting the purchase price as well as the fulfilment of our tax obligations, the credit card data will be forwarded to the processing payment service providers and our tax advisor.

The data processing is carried out on the basis of the legal provisions of Art 6 para 1 lit a (consent) and/or lit b (necessary for the fulfilment of the contract) of the DSGVO.

Data storage is based on the legal provisions of Art 6 (1) (f) (legitimate interest) of the GDPR.

Our concern in terms of the DSGVO (legitimate interest) is the statistical evaluation and analysis of our efforts to generate regular customers and to be able to offer our regular customers an appropriate service and special offers and prices.

Web Analysis

This website uses functions of the web analysis service Google Analytics of Google Inc. (“Google”). Cookies are used for this purpose, which enable an analysis of the use of the website by its users. The information thus generated is transferred to the provider’s server and stored there.

Your IP address is recorded, but anonymised immediately (e.g. by deleting the last 8 bits). This means that only a rough localisation is possible.

The relationship with the web analytics provider Google is based on adequacy decision of the European Commission (“Privacy Shield”).

You can prevent the storage of cookies by setting your browser software accordingly. Furthermore, you can prevent the collection of the data generated by the cookie and related to your use of the online offer to Google as well as the processing of this data by Google by downloading and installing the browser plugin available under the following link: http://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=de.

The data processing is carried out on the basis of the legal provisions of Art 6 para 1 lit f (legitimate interest) of the DSGVO.

Our concern in terms of the DSGVO (legitimate interest) is to improve our offer and our web presence by analysing the use of our website as well as sales and marketing measures.
